Fees:

Payment is due at the end of each session by cash or EFT. All fees include HST.

Cancellation inside of 48 hours is payable except for emercencies.

Your insurance may or may not reimburse these fees to you and I will not bill them or any third party directly.

My rate is $300 per Session Including HST.

A session is 45 minutes long.
